Double Deflection Grille
Two independently adjustable blade sets for directional supply-air control and accurate throw adjustment.
High-induction swirl diffuser for rapid mixing, variable-air-volume operation and high-ceiling comfort.
Swirl diffusers use fixed radial vanes to impart rotation to the supply air, creating high induction and rapid temperature equalization. This makes them effective with varying airflow and larger temperature differentials. Fixed geometry also means the air pattern remains stable as VAV airflow reduces.
Typical construction information for early coordination. Final values are governed by the selected model, approved material and project design.
| Material | Steel or aluminium face with fixed swirl vanes |
|---|---|
| Pattern | High-induction rotational horizontal discharge |
| Face types | Square or circular to ceiling design |
| Neck | Round spigot via plenum or direct connection |
| Finish | Powder-coated white or custom RAL |
| Control | Plenum damper or upstream VAV control |
Selection requires cooling/heating airflow, temperature differential, ceiling height and acoustic limit. Exact throw and pressure data are model specific.
