Description
Commercial kitchen exhaust ducts carry grease-laden, warm air and require cleanable, liquid-tight construction. Indigo Sky fabricates continuous-welded MS sections with slope, drainage and access provisions coordinated to the route. Fire protection, clearance to combustibles and enclosure details follow the approved kitchen ventilation design rather than a generic duct specification.
